Does E-Feedback Impact Minimizing ESL Writing Errors? An Experimental Study

Researches around the world have examined how electronic feedback (e-feedback) assists English (ESL) language learners improve their writing by minimizing errors. This current study examines use of online written peer (OWPF) and automated corrective (AWCF), analyzing morphological syntactical errors in writing. The used a quantitative method to analyze data. participants included one hundred forty-one first-year senior students. They were divided into three groups: two experimental groups received treatment through OWPF AWCF, control group communicative teaching approach. Regarding improvement syntactic errors, data show that is significantly more helpful than AWCF CLT maximizing effectiveness. explores highlights implications study’s results for pedagogical training future research.
